I had been keen to try this airline and I found the food great and appreciated the metal utensils. I found the seating space smaller than most. I am 177cm and was unable to reach down and pick up something off the floor because the seat in front was too close. One of our seats couldn’t be locked in to recline and the staff were sour and unhelpful. We were on 3 flights in a row and were only provided a total of about 700ml of juice / water for the 24 hour period. I recommend taking your own bottle on board because staff will fill it for you. I had to keep asking for water and they couldn’t come up with any better solution than 100ml at a time in a cup. I asked them to give me 2 x 500ml bottles of sparkling water that we could have to ourselves and the lady I asked didn’t want to give me the whole thing until another staff member understood the problem and overrode her. It would be handy to suggest people bring a refillable bottle on board.

When flying from Indian Sector, should be more prepared with Indian food

The staff was absolutely phenomenal but the other elements of Sri Lankan Airlines need some serious adjustments. The day started off with terrible news that the flight was cancelled from Male and that the plane went to Malta. As an American, when such delays occur, the airlines find suitable ways to accommodate their customers such as putting them in an Airport hotel or lounge while waiting for the next flight. A 1.5 hour trip turned into 12 hours with no accommodations from the Airlines except a ticket to eat breakfast. For such a Billion dollar industry, a cheap breakfast is an insult toward the customer and something greater should have been done.

Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.

Very professional and well managed. On time, great staff and comfortable.

I m not good serves poor serves I m m fake company kayak ok plzz my help my ticket cancel my tripe ok

Because of the bubble agreement b/w India and Srilanka, I was not allowed to board the flight to Columbo. My experience about airport representatives was good. They were through in their job and saved my family from getting stuck in Columbo (as I would not be able to fly to Doha because of bubble agreement). So by their prompt attention, such a catastrophe was avoided. For this reason, even without flying with them, I would rate them 7/10.

Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)

Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

झूठा है इंडिगो फ्लाइट में मील दिया नहीं जब शिकायत किया तो बोला आपको मिल चुका है

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.

Was on time, the crew was courteous but no WiFi in business class, seats uncomfortable , the entertainment screen was clunky to use, coffee was below average.

The quality of service in AI Express was much better than Air India

Old plane, got upgraded to “first class”, shaky and squeaky seats, too many announcements, crew was absent but over friendly when interacting.

Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.

When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!

I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.

I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however

Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

Poor, pilot flew as if he was in hurry and had to coverup for wasted time

seats were not comfortable, entertainment was not working and food could be much better, given the airline calls itself full service and india's flag carrier.
