Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and city attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Many reviewers also mention the friendly and helpful service from staff, with several guests highlighting specific employees who went above and beyond. However, cleanliness is a concern for some, with reports of dirty bathrooms, stained linens, and insufficient housekeeping. The pool is frequently described as small but appreciated for its rooftop setting. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value for its prime location, though improvements in cleanliness would enhance the guest experience.
