Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major transport hubs like Gare du Nord and central attractions. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the generally clean rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the reception staff's service, room maintenance issues, and some cleanliness concerns in bathrooms. Breakfast was considered basic but satisfactory by most, though a few noted it could be improved. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and comfort, but service and upkeep could be better.

Getting my room ahead of time was great after a long flight. Gare du Nord is ugly and dirty, sad to see, for traveling your location is fine, convenient. Outside tables and garden could be really cleaned, especially with COVID problem. Your staff was very nice. Best,
