Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's prime location near major train stations and city attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who often go out of their way to assist. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and basic or disappointing breakfast options. While some found the rooms comfortable and the value for price reasonable, others were dissatisfied with maintenance, noise, and amenities. Overall, the hotel is seen as functional and well-situated, with service as a highlight, but it would benefit from renovations and improved cleaning standards.
