Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location near the Meenakshi temple and railway station, as well as the spaciousness of some rooms. However, there are widespread complaints about the non-functional elevator, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for elderly guests. Service is frequently described as poor or unhelpful, and cleanliness is inconsistent, with several reports of pests and unhygienic conditions. While a few guests found the rooms better than expected and considered the hotel good value for money, the negative aspects, particularly the lack of elevator and poor service, dominate the reviews.
