Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near railway stations, bus stands, and temples, making it easy to access local attractions. However, the majority of reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and the presence of pests such as bed bugs and cockroaches. Service is frequently described as unprofessional or lacking, with some guests reporting unhelpful or greedy staff. Room size and bed comfort also receive criticism, with several guests finding rooms cramped and beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
