Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, which is close to major attractions like the railway station and Meenakshi temple, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as poor maintenance of facilities. Service is frequently described as unresponsive or inadequate, with complaints about staff empathy and lack of basic amenities. Several guests also feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing old infrastructure and unmet expectations. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.

Its very bad and worst experience in Hotel Duke. No facilities at all. Room was very old and dirty. No Almery to keep clothes and luggage, No Wi-Fi and no hot water. No House Keeping to clean the room. Car parking also very limited. No Room Service to bring anything from outside. Very pathetic stay, Not at all recomended.
