Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Meenakshi Temple and main market, making it ideal for temple visits and sightseeing. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness and bathroom maintenance issues, with reports of dirty bathrooms, cockroaches, and poor hygiene. Service is frequently criticized, including unhelpful staff, advance payment demands, and check-in problems. While a few mention spacious rooms, most feedback about room size is neutral or negative. Overall, the location is the standout positive, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and service.
