Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the Meenakshi temple, making it ideal for pilgrims and tourists. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bed bugs, and poor bathroom conditions. Service quality was inconsistent, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or disrespectful staff. Accessibility was a major concern, as the hotel is difficult to reach by car or for those with mobility challenges. Overall, while the location is a standout positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and accessibility.
