Cons (-) Arrived at midnight to find my room was given away. I was then "walked" to another hotel - a Red Roof 40 minutes away. With traffic the next morning I had missed most of the first day of my conference.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, I even enjoyed the egg and cheese omelette (I can't usually stomach hotel eggs). The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay $10 for parking.
