Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, there were widespread complaints about undisclosed extra fees, poor service at the front desk, and issues with value for money. Several reviews mentioned problems with room maintenance, slow elevators, and unhelpful or rude staff. While a few guests praised individual staff members and enjoyed their stay, the overall experience was marred by unexpected charges and inconsistent service quality.

The hotel itself was fine but there is a policy where they force you into buying some VIP package thats essentially just breakfast for 2 and some coupons for dinner discounts. I clearly told them that I did not need them but they said you cannot check without paying this upfront. I booked online through another booking vendor - everything was prepaid and there was no mention that this charge is ma...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that because we booked through Kayak that we owed more money. We had already paid $1,500 (two rooms for three nights), however, we owed $850 more because the booking included some sort of premium experience. The "premium" experience included a few bottles of water and some breakfast vouchers. We were never notified of this prior to checking in. I rece...

In addition, there was a much larger charge for the rooms then I was expecting, and I figured out this was because the price quoted on your site from Prestigia didn’t include tax. This was explained in Prestigia’s fi...

Avoid this hotel at almost any cost! What you think you're paying is not your final charge. They have an absurd 40$ "amenity fee" along with a 10% "reservation processing fee" which may or may not be disclosed by the travel site you book through. This is a ridiculous shake down and nothing they provide warrants these extra charges. For me, it was a complete blindside upon check-in, one which manag...
