Love the hotel itself. The staff however, was rude upon checking in. The girl with short hair had the nastiest attitude for no reason.

This place was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Closet doors didn’t open properly. There were beard hair trimmings in the sink when I got there. The coffee machine had white specks all over the water container. Generally unclean

Cons (-) The service was terrible. The bellhops never helped with any bags which was difficult since the lobby is on the 2nd floor and the elevators are so tiny, you can barely fit yourself and you luggage through the doors. When I got to the checkin desk, I asked if they could hold my luggage since I was a few hours early, so they told me to take my bags bck to the ground floor. They were rude when I aske...

Pros (+) Uncomfortable bed, inattentive staff to complaints that my four star room was a bit better than a renovated broom closet.
Cons (-) If I stayed at the Westin.

Pros (+) The location is awesome and the room I got was good.
Cons (-) The check in time is at 4 pm. It was 4:30pm and the room was not available yet. The check out is at 12pm so the staff had 4 hours to get the room done and it was not available when I checked in. Unacceptable.
