Budget did not have a car ready for us when we made the reservation two months in advance. They sent us to the airport location and gave us a cigarette smelling car with a cracked windshield so we turned around and received a Chevy Traverse which was great. Alex helped us greatly and gave us some reimbursements due to all the trouble.Reviewed 14 Aug 2026

I returned my car 12 hours early and was charged an extra $250, even after the employee at pickup told me I would not be.Reviewed 5 Apr 2026

Excellent and the gentleman who was working the desk deserves a raise. He was patient and very helpful with it being my first time renting a car there.Reviewed 18 Mar 2026

We were over charged and are in the process of fixing the problem. Person at counter overcharged us and now it's up to us to resolve the situation. Should be the other way around.Reviewed 3 Dec 2025

Budget continues to automatically charge $15 on top of every rental for vehicles returned after being driven less than 75 miles. This is supposedly to cover gas refueling however it’s easy to miss this, particularly when you refill the car. This particular rental this was an electric car that doesn’t take gas.Reviewed 21 Jan 2025

Very disorganized. Car was not ready when I arrived and after waiting an hour and still being told they didn’t know how much longer it would be I left to rent from somewhere else.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025
