Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Many appreciated the comfort of the beds and some found the rooms clean and spacious. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and common areas. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and others as unresponsive or unfriendly. Parking was a common complaint due to high costs and complicated arrangements. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and parking.

Temp was too warm, could not adjust and the water in showers and sink were brown. Could not shower before an international flight. No sympathy from the staff. Going back to Hilton as my last few stay with MB were subpar

Pros (+) After checking out of another hotel our flight got cancelled and was rebooked with another flight the following day. Had to book another hotel and ended up with The Westin. Good rate, very close to the airport (you can see the airport and tarmac from the hotel 1.5 miles away), free shuttle. Food is good but breakfast is expensive so see if you can include it in the rate. Overall I am happy.
