Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby amenities. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests noting tidy rooms and modern bathrooms. However, many reviews highlighted negative aspects such as small room sizes, bathroom issues including lack of hot water, water leakage, and poor shower facilities, as well as accessibility challenges due to steep stairs and lack of elevators. While some appreciated practical amenities like air conditioning and mini-fridges, the overall sentiment was mixed due to these recurring drawbacks.
