Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to public transport, attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, many found the rooms to be very small and often not as described, with some feeling claustrophobic. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, stained curtains, and dusty surfaces. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are seen as unprofessional or unhelpful. Breakfast is generally considered acceptable, though it is often served at a different hotel and not always clearly explained during booking.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing. Being a solo female traveler I felt incredibly safe. The resturant was an excellent choice if you didn’t want to venture out.
Cons (-) There are no USB portals in the rooms nor were the outlets by the bed. Made it a little challenging to charge your phone through the night by you or perhaps it was good bc you had to get out of bed and go to the bathroom to turn it off. :)
