Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning proximity to city attractions, canal views, and convenient transport options. However, cleanliness is a major recurring issue, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance. Bed comfort and service also receive criticism, with reports of uncomfortable beds and unhelpful or inattentive staff. Despite these negatives, a few guests found the value for price satisfactory and appreciated amenities like air conditioning and complimentary coffee. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
