Sri Lankan airline had less entertainment choices and Sri Lankan national carrier did not have language choices
All good, on time, depart.only bad side was, airxraft is too old to be in business.hope ailine will manage somethinv somewhat.all good
Spesific ,Crew and cabin manager, look after all pax on board despite being in a old A320 equipment.Got free seat upgrade as well, but old style seats, no much comfert on it.But food and the spesific crew, was amazing.maintain airlanka standerd.the cabin manager, who was so much keen, keen operate as per SOP.
Was got free upgrade, on old A320.aircraft is out dated kind of.bt service ,cabin manager, tried there best.and food was excelent.
This leg of the trip was smoother than compared to the initial trip. Sri Lankan Airlines still have much work to do to improve the overall travel experience.
Very good crew, very efficient. Unfortunately not all items listed in duty free catalog were available.
Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.
Smooth takeoff and landing. Best service experience in all our travels over the years. Caring and attentive crew. Loved our flight to and fro.
I m not good serves poor serves I m m fake company kayak ok plzz my help my ticket cancel my tripe ok
I changed the flight, there was restriction from srilanka to india - airline is not allowing me to board with that ticket, i changed the ticket for my travel. Thanks!
Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities
Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)
Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!
No food/drinks included for BOM to BKK I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return) flight.
Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect
Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
Worst checkin experience. Lot of delays. Checkin agents rude. Flight delayed. No regrets by the airline.
As usual invariably delayed Lots of time in getting chkd in baggage
INDIGO Never On Time & Always Prefer to Shuttle Passengers Like shuttle Corks
I was unable to check in online. It said PRN is not correct few times in spite of it being correct. I could not book my seat. I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai & Chennai to tiruchi. I raised my problem to staff in Mumbai and they were not helpful. They kept saying I needed to do it in Chennai. They said they can’t print my boarding pass since it started from Chennai. They could have helped me with online checking. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. They could have done a better job.
