The first segment from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi was fantastic, but we got downgraded to a different aircraft from Abu Dhabi to Delhi. We were supposed to be on a flatbed business class when we booked it but just about one week before travel, we were changed to A321 Neo, which just has old-fashioned business class seats that recline but don’t go flat. No TV either. While I fully understand that sometimes these changes have to be made for operational reasons, but I asked for some credit or compensation for that and I did not get any anywhere with that

I bought a full price ticket for business class on kayak and my seat selection was not Included, I had to pay more and WiFi for example was not Included in my seat. My travel companion who bought his ticket for the same business class price had these features included in his ticket therefore I am not happy with my purchase via kayak.

They lost the baggage and said it was deleted from the system. I had baggage tag so was able to file the complaint but there was no PIR number and update so far

Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.

Was so disappointing. Business class with no TV, uncomfortable seats. Had much higher expectations.

This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.

Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

Needs better seat for business class. My seat was falling apart. Also no WiFi on that flight

Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.

The staff was kind and polite, but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air.it would be also be nice to have more time to sleep, since it was a night flight

I paid for extra Comfort Seats that turned out to be regular ones and have asked for a refund. The bathrooms were filthy the entertainment screen didn't work the Wi-Fi didn't work the food was mediocre at best and the seat I was in was terribly cramped especially when the person in front of me put their seat back. You couldn't even open the tray table. The staff was inattentive. I do not intend to take ITA ever again

Flight late but they were nice and food is pretty decent. The seats could use updating.

ITA does not allow free seat selection even in business class, if you don't want to pay extra for the seat they assign it to you during check in. For me it was seat #8 in both ways. It's last seat in business class with smaller space, close to kitchen, toilets and closets for supplies. WiFi didn't work at all. ITA is lower coaster, better to buy premium economy in regular company (AirFrance, Delta, Lufthansa, United, etc) than business in ITA Airways. ITA - never again

The flight attendants weren’t friendly. They gave us yucky food.

No complaints. Everything was fine. Very glad I was in premium economy

Overall flight was fine as was price. FCO leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough agents to check people in quickly, confusing security location and extremely, ridiculously long lines to get through multiple security checks. It was the least to say it was a hot sticky nightmare. Dulles is not better although arrival was fine, traffic to the arrival area was a nightmare where I finally gave up, parked the rental and met my wife with the luggage in the parking lot. I will avoid Dulles in the future.

It was ok. Overall comfortable but Seat back could not be adjusted and food options were limited.

Poor food choices for AVML. Totally out of the world food. Bad food menu.

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

Service from staff was poor, food choices were limited. Air plane was not clean or hygienic and seemed like not cleaned for days. Seats were uncomfortable.
