Very timly. Great service !!! Pick up after meals can be swifter.

My first check in at my origin checked my visa for my international flight but it needed to be checked again. While this is understandable, I had to wait in line for 2 hours to get this second check. More agents are needed to process travel issues in Heathrow. There were times during the 2 hour wait that there was only one person servicing the long line (I don't know where the others went). There were many agents milling about but not working the desk so it seemed as if there were plenty of people at work that day. I attempted to use the automated kiosk but because I had a new visa (not one in my passport). Again, most of this was understandable travel delays but the queue processing time was just horrible.

The plane was so old, it needs to be retired! The windows were rattling we paid for premier economy and there was no footrest. Video console was so old, barely had any games for kids. Video console is very slow to react. The gaming console was broken. The foldable food table was sticky and the air hostess had a rough time opening it and closing it for us!!

Generally okay. Disappointing compared to some of their competitors. My seat hadn’t been cleaned properly which was upsetting

The map feature on the display at the seat had challenges. The biggest issue was the flight had no WIFI. Most of the smaller planes now have free WIFI. American Airlines on the flight over had WIFI you could purchase. With 8-10 hours on a single flight, the ability to do work via WIFI is essential!!

My experience with IndiGo was terrible. I had tried to check in online. I could do the DEL to LHR and from LHR to JFK. However, I was unable to check in for the CCU to DEL flight. There was no explanation of why I could not do so. After 2.5 hours of being shuffled from one place to another, I found out that because I was on a codeshare flight, I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. For 2.5 hours, no one was able to explain this to me.

A little bit late but it went smoothly overall. Delicious food on Indigo!

The business class seating arrangement for LHR to MAA was very uncomfortable. The movie options were terrible.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I booked a two-leg flight from Reykjavik to Istanbul. My first flight ran 3 hours late and I then missed my flight to Istanbul. British Airways put me on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. No harm done, right? Wrong. The Turkish Airlines flight turned out to be overbooked. By the time I learned of this, British Airways closed their help desk. To add insult to injury, they helped one person in front of me before casually putting up a closed sign even though they knew I was stranded (their fault!) and needed help. I ended up spending $1000+ out of pocket to clean up their mess (including the flight to Johannesburg I had to rebook since BA delayed me so much) and haven’t heard a word about reimbursement. I have never had such an awful travel experience in my life. I know delays happen, but they need to take care of their passengers when these things happen, not leave us stranded in a foreign country in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.

Bathroom was out of service. Had to pay for everything
