Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and overall property. Many found the hotel to be good value for the price, especially for families and budget travelers. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, describing staff as unresponsive or unfriendly, and noted that some amenities or facilities, such as room service, elevators, and certain in-room supplies, were lacking or not as advertised. While the positives centered on location, cleanliness, and affordability, guests felt improvements were needed in hospitality and amenities.
