Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues such as slow or unresponsive staff, poor communication, and problems with amenities like wifi and hot water. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, who noted unclean bathrooms and poor maintenance. The complimentary breakfast received criticism for its limited options and short serving window.
