Because of the terrible traffic jam in Los Angeles, I almost missed the plane. I left riverside to go to the airport, and the traffic jam took me 4 hours. I was really devastated. In the end, I was charged $200 for gas because I didn't have time to refuel, which really made me really so much sad.

I booked an airport pickup and the reservation I got was one for downtown LA. It meant that I wasted another $35 on an Uber to get to the car. When I pointed that out to Sixt, they said, “you must have booked on Kayak, happens a lot when you book on Kayak”.

Long line at the start. Although we took about 5 mins, many others seemed to take 30+ minutes! So they caused delays. We had a reservation…. Did they?
I didnt like any of the service, the clerk was rude and the car was dirty and smelt like cigarette.

The hertz representative said they could not honor my prepaid agreement. First, the representative indicated he didn’t have any vehicles available, even though I had a confirmed prepaid reservation. Then he initiated that if I wanted a vehicle, I would have to pay an additional 200 dollars, which I did. This was a terrible experience

Hertz cancelled on me the day before an hour they were supposed to close! I called the 800 number and it was impossible to find help. I called several locations in the neighborhood but they were all turning me down or charging an additional $200! Never ever again
