Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it convenient for sightseeing and events, especially for those traveling by cruise or train. Many highlighted the friendly and attentive service, particularly on the Gold floor, and appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Breakfast and harbor views were also mentioned positively. Some guests noted issues with cleanliness, outdated room features, and extra charges for amenities, but these were less frequent than the positive feedback.

Pros (+) The hotel staff were all amazing! I'd like to call out Tacio Silva Olveira specifically for going above and beyond for my twins' bday. He arranged for a room upgrade and also for some birthday toys.
