Outstanding hotel. Large room (we were upgraded), quiet, multiple restaurants and bars onsite. Literally across the street from the Art Museum and a subway entrance. Helpful staff available 24/7.

Old world class and charm. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Service is superb, normally the level of service I've only seen in Asia.
