Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the railway station, clean and well-maintained rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and taste. However, some guests were dissatisfied with room size, ventilation, and value for price, mentioning that the rooms were smaller than expected, sometimes damp or lacking windows, and that the hotel could be costly for what was offered. Overall, positive experiences outweighed the negatives, especially regarding cleanliness and service.

Cons (-) The front reception staff was extremely rude and was not at all welcoming.. The least one would expect of a reception staff is a smile, however, neither was she smiling nor was she polite.. extremely rude behaviour..
