Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness issues, with many describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and infestations. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, lack of response, and poor management. Many guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing discrepancies between advertised and actual amenities, lack of basic consumables, and poor maintenance. Only a handful of reviews mention positive experiences, but these are far outweighed by the negative feedback.
