Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, clean and spacious rooms, and overall affordability. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or understaffed reception, slow check-in, and lack of support. The absence of an elevator was a frequent complaint, especially for those with mobility concerns. Some guests also mentioned problems with amenities such as parking, bathroom facilities, and discrepancies between online photos and actual conditions. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and room quality stood out for many visitors.
