Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to city attractions, public transport, and entertainment. Cleanliness is generally rated highly, especially for the capsules themselves, though some mention dated or less clean common areas. Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. The capsule beds are noted for their comfort and privacy. However, a major recurring complaint is the non-functioning elevator, which makes access difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Despite this, the value, atmosphere, and convenience are appreciated by most guests.

Pros (+) It's great when you're inside the capsule - feeling of space and can really spread out
Cons (-) you're in a glorified hostel. shared lockers, shared bathrooms. they're not particularly sound proof which wasn't excellent.
