Beds are not comfortable, they Felt lumpy and sheets are rough. Housekeeping was super basic, make the bed and replace towels (did not clean wine glasses, or coffee cups, did not clean out bathtub or toilet). Pros (+) Starting the day with laps in the rooftop pool is lovely. In the evenings it is a bit less quiet/private, as the bar gets quite busy. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a large bath - a relaxing place to stay.
Cons (-) The music in the lifts is of tinny sound quality and a poor selection, which I hope they may be persuaded to address! It detracts from the otherwise pleasant ambience.
