Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests had negative experiences with the service, citing rude and unhelpful staff, language barriers, and issues with privacy and communication. Cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant smells. While the location was generally considered convenient, other aspects such as bed comfort and breakfast offerings received criticism. A few guests did note friendly staff and clean rooms, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
