Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, musty smells, and stained sheets. The indoor pool was frequently closed without prior notification, disappointing several guests. Breakfast offerings were often described as poor, limited, or not meeting expectations. Maintenance problems, including broken shower rods, leaking faucets, and outdated rooms, were also commonly mentioned. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance.
