Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport, shopping, and attractions. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with booking accuracy. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with reports of odors, insects, and general lack of upkeep. Room size is often described as very small, and noise from both inside and outside the hotel is a frequent complaint. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, room size, and soundproofing.
