Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near major attractions like the Bund, and some find the value for price to be very good, especially for budget travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, with dirty carpets, old facilities, and unpleasant odors frequently mentioned. Service is often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and communication can be difficult due to language barriers. Room size and comfort are mixed, with some finding rooms cramped or not as advertised. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, cleanliness and service are major concerns.
