Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, the spaciousness of the rooms. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as bad odors, mold, pests, and leftover trash. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff, poor room maintenance, and problems with reservations. Several guests mentioned unreliable or non-existent wifi. Overall, while the location is a positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.

Pros (+) Spacious rooms. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Its very close to the airport.
Cons (-) Room wasn't ready. TV wasn't connected. Looked like someone tried to steal the TV and put their cigarette butts behind it in a non smoking room. Remote controller had no battery cover. Had to search for clean towels. Never had house keeping. A lot of loud, inconsiderate, drunk, guests at the hotel. Just sketchy people everywhere.

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Room was filthy, toilets weren't clean and neither was the bathroom floor! The floors and doors were covered in some type of residue. Sheets had hair and dirt. When brought up to an assistant manager he said let me write your name down so I can give you a discount. Like seriously? I won't be staying there again. I'm sure prostitutes roam there at night! Pictures are false advertisement!
