Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, restaurants, and shopping malls. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest problems. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and accommodating, while others reported disorganization and unhelpful responses. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.
