Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring the city. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. However, several guests were dissatisfied with noise levels, especially from air conditioning units and street noise, and found parking to be inconvenient, expensive, or distant. Despite some dated aspects and minor maintenance issues, the hotel's vintage charm and atmosphere were appreciated by many.
