Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also appreciated by many. Some staff members were highlighted as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the experience. However, several guests reported issues with service, particularly at check-in and with customer service, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast quality and value. Parking fees were a common complaint, with many finding them excessive. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out, service and extra charges detracted from some stays.
