Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to Richmond, the River Thames, and local attractions. Cleanliness and stylish decor were also appreciated, as were the beautiful views from many rooms. However, opinions on service were mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or formal interactions. Room size and comfort varied, with some rooms described as spacious and others as small or stuffy, particularly in the absence of air conditioning. Breakfast received both positive and neutral comments, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it overpriced or lacking in variety. Overall, the hotel's location and ambiance were the standout positives, while service and room amenities had room for improvement.
