Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, ongoing renovations, noise, and small room sizes. Several guests were dissatisfied with the state of the rooms, uncomfortable beds, and lack of amenities, while a few noted that some refurbished rooms were clean and modern. Overall, the positives were mainly the location and service, but the negatives were substantial and widespread.
