Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many enjoyed the tranquil location surrounded by greenery. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for numerous guests, with frequent mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others considering it lacking. Overall, the service and location stood out as positives, but cleanliness and pool upkeep need improvement.
