Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the hospital and city center. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as comfortable beds in several rooms. However, a significant number of guests report issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and noise, with some describing the property as outdated or in need of renovation. Value for price is seen as fair by some, but questioned by others given the quality of the facilities. Overall, the location and service stand out as positives, while cleanliness and upkeep are common concerns.
