Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The location was also appreciated by many. However, some guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds and pillows, mentioning issues such as thin blankets, soft or lumpy mattresses, and old pillows. A few reviews noted minor inconveniences like elevator access, noise, and pool closure, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Very good
Jack, Jan 2018
Pros (+) Nice place. Stay here often and experience is always good, as expected. Typical mid-range hotel with expected facilities and always clean and pleasant atmosphere. Good rates. They honor designated preferences.
Cons (-) Parking is not great--on the side of a hill and most spots are for compacts. On crowded nights it is hard to find a spot.

Pros (+) The gentleman who checked us in at night was very cordial and helpful.
Cons (-) The young female worker in the morning was rude, condescending and snotty. We will never go there again.
