Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, noting both its quality and variety. Friendly and accommodating service was another highlight, with staff frequently mentioned as helpful and welcoming. However, there were several complaints about the pool and hot tub, including cleanliness, temperature, and maintenance issues. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the location convenient, others noted problems with room cleanliness, maintenance, and noise. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast and service, but improvements are needed in pool facilities and room upkeep.

Anonymous, May 2017
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) During checking in and checking out staff was rude and impersonal. I felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk staff by simply checking in/out. I had no special instructions or request either. Two diffrent front desk staff, same experience. Beds were uncomfortable, loud tv's in both the rooms next to mine. Over all terrible experience.
