Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for exploring the area. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, including stained linens and pest issues, as well as negative experiences with service, such as unhelpful staff and billing problems. Breakfast quality and value for price were also common concerns, with several guests feeling the hotel did not meet expectations for the price paid. Despite some positive remarks about room comfort and friendly staff, the overall sentiment was mixed, with significant room for improvement in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
