Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the beach, and spacious pools, which are especially appreciated by families. The staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, though some reviews mention slow service and occasional issues with restaurant and pool wait times. Cleanliness is highlighted positively, with several guests noting tidy rooms and facilities. However, there are frequent complaints about elevator functionality, limited restaurant options, slow check-in, and inconsistent food quality. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities like pools and beach access are well-liked.

Compared to last year...more buffets, fewer a la carte. Few red meat choices. Lots of stews. Bedspread had stains. Staff over worked not as friendly. Extra tipping helped getting better service.

Love this place, I would rate higher but the room although clean had a musty odor and a little noisy mostly due to a bird outside are room who gawked loudly all night.
