Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location, family-friendly amenities, and kids' facilities, with several positive mentions of pools, aquapark, and entertainment. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, such as unresponsive staff, slow check-in/out, and problems with room maintenance. Cleanliness and comfort were also concerns for some, with reports of unclean pools, hard beds, and malfunctioning air conditioning. Food received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and others finding it repetitive or lacking. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities for families, improvements in service and maintenance are needed.
