Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the town and accessing transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude, with several guests highlighting exceptional service at reception. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The pool and outdoor areas were appreciated as relaxing spots, and amenities like complimentary drinks were a pleasant bonus. Some guests mentioned issues such as dated rooms, modest breakfast variety, noise, and occasional maintenance concerns, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
