Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many found the rooms to be spacious and appreciated the comfortable beds. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and issues such as dust, insects, and stained towels. Service was also criticized, with some guests finding staff unhelpful or unresponsive to requests. While the location and some aspects of the rooms were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
