Pros (+) The hotel is lovely and comfortable, and the staff was very responsive - we traveled for our anniversary and they helped me arrange a bottle of champagne to be in the room when we arrived, which was pretty late at night! Cons (-) Our WiFi was a little spotty. That was the only downside.
